    WHEN WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

    Once your gift has been shipped, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking number.

    Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation #.



    CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

    If your order is not in production, or out for delivery, you can cancel it by sending an email immediately

    to cs@chocnsweets.com.



    CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED GREETING?

    Yes, you may write a personalized message at checkout that will be printed on our gift tags at no extra charge.

    You can also add a personalized ribbon for an extra charge of $2.99.



    HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

    We provide you UPS shipping methods and charges to select from during the order process. We also collect sales

    tax for orders delivered in states required by law.
